When Kensington wanted to develop the first internet-savvy navigator for web users, they engaged Altitude. Equipped with a full suite of standard navigation buttons, keyboard, track pad, directional controls, and customizable buttons, the WebRacer places all of the necessary tools at the user's fingertips. The versatility of the highly configurable interface enables web connoisseurs to optimize their surfing experience. Altitude conducted rapid ethnographies to develop an intimate knowledge of the consumer's needs and desires, and also to develop a general understanding of the market through the consumer's eyes. Interactively prototyping concepts with the end user and leveraging Kensington's existing product line, Altitude was able to inform the design process in a relevant and meaningful way. The WebRacer spawned a series of related peripherals, all looking to deliver the same quality interactive experience.
